Filmed along Abu Dhabi's corniche (seafront) in January 2009, this was the annual traditional Arabic rowing race held to commemorate the four colours in the UAE flag. If some footage of the dhows looks a little shaky, that's because I was on a speedboat clutching a large handheld camera.
